Each of our products is custom-made using your personal photo, created especially for you. Because these items are uniquely personalized and cannot be resold, all customized orders are considered final once production begins.
We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for personalized orders.
Damaged Items

After reviewing the issue, we will be happy to offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Payment Processing Fees
In rare cases where a refund is approved, please note that payment providers such as PayPal deduct processing fees at the time of payment, and these fees are not returned to us.
Because of this, any approved refund will reflect the amount we received after processing fees, rather than the original payment total. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Photo quality, resolution, and image selection are the responsibility of the customer.
The photo submitted with your order will be used as final.
Slight color differences may occur due to screen and printing variations.
